Replace ¾ Controller boxà

1.Remove Stem Cover 2. Disconnect Sound Wire Connector

3. Unscrew Stem Bolt with Allen Wrench 4. Pull Out Handle Bar Stem

5. Unscrew 4 Screws on Side of Upper Body 6. Unscrew Saddle Fixing Bolt and

(2 on each side) Remove Saddle

7. Disconnect Battery Wire Lead 8. Remove Battery

9. Remove the Upper Body Partially 10. Disconnect Wire Connectors from

and Hold Switch Terminals (3 Switches)

11. Remove Upper Body Off from 12. Locate Controller Box

the Main Body

13. Unscrew the screw on the top 14. Unscrew the screw on the bottom

15. Remove the controller box 16. Unplug the Gearbox wires

17. Unplug the main wires 18. Unplug the pedal wires

19. Unplug the sound wires 20. Controller box completely removed

21. Replace the new controller box 22. Separate the wires side by side

23. Put the controller box sideways, 23. Slide the controller box up, then

then Screw the bottom first screw the top

24. Connect the sound wires 25. Make sure they are well connected

26. Connect the pedal wires 27. Make sure they are well connected.

28. Connect the gearbox wires 28. Connect the main wires

29. Make sure they are well connected 30. Drag the A-B connector through the

small box

31. Drag the main wire through the small 32.Connect all the wires into the switches

box, and drag the sound wire to big box

33. Pull the sound wire through 34. Slide the sound wire to the side

gooseneck hole

35. Close the blue body, make sure the 36. Tighten the screws on the side of the

A-B connector goes through the small box blue body

37. Make sure the stem bolt on the 38. Slide the gooseneck into the handle

handle bar is loose bar post

39. Connect the sound wires 40. Use Allen wrench to screw the handle

bar stem

41. Connect the battery wire 42. Make sure they are tightly closed

43. Slide the wire to the side 44. Put the saddle
