FAQ For Princess/ Pontiac Solstice

Troubleshooting

1. Only the radio and music of my Princess/ Pontiac Solstice works. The car can not move (even after the battery is fully charged for 18 hours).

2. My Princess/ Pontiac Solstice didn’t work at all, not even the radio and music.

3. My Princess/ Pontiac Solstice have only one rear wheel that turns, and the other rear wheel doesn’t turn.

4. There is a grinding noise from my Princess Gearset, and it has only one wheel turning.

5. My Princess can only go in one direction, either reverse or forward regardless the forward/reverse switch position.

6. My Princess / Pontiac Solstice can only go one speed (high or low) regardless the switch position

7. There is an electrical burn smell or smoke coming from underneath the seat

8. Back wheels spin very slow but it never actually takes off. You can hear the engine run, but it just doesn’t want to go (even though the battery has been charged for 18 hours).

9. When you press on the gas pedal, it will go for a couple of seconds and then stops.  If you switch the shifter it will not respond at all. 

10. When you push the gas pedal down, sometimes it works and other times it does not, or sometimes it gets stuck.

11. What is the general guideline for using my rechargeable battery?
