1. Remove the screw on the seat 2. Remove the screw on opposite side of the seat.

3. Remove the seat 4. Unplug the battery connector

5. Unplug the gearbox connector 6. Flip the vehicle over, and remove the

screw next the front axle, in order to open

the front hood

7. Remove the screw on the other side of 8. Open up the front hood

the front axle

9. Unplug all the wires inside of the front 10. Remove all screws from underneath

hood the vehicle

11. (same as above picture, different angle) 12. Open the long plastic strip like in photo

13. Remove all screws on the upper lever of 14. Slide the plastic cover to the right side

the plastic cover like in the photo

15. Remove four screws where the pedal 16. Pull the pedal up

is located underneath the vehicle

17. Unplug all the wires on the pedal switch 18. Pull all the wires from underneath the

vehicle

19. Pull the wires out of pedal box 20. Push all the wires into the hole in the

rear end

21. Remove the screw on the controller box 22. Controller box has been completely

removed

23. Get a new controller box 24. Screw new controller box back in place

26. Spilt all the wires, hold the pedal wires 27. Now hold the red, yellow, and two

on your right hand, and hold all the purple wires and put them through ….

28. Push them into the hole like in the photo. 29. Push all the main wires into the

same hole

30. Pull all the wires through the 31. Pull the pedal wires and push them

32. Push the pedal wires into the hole 33. Take the main wires and put them into

the upper box

34. Pull them all the way though the hole 35. Directly connect the main wires

inside of the front hood

36. Make sure they are solid connected 37. Close the plastic cover

38. Screw the screws in the plastic box 39. Plug in the wires for the pedal box

(Two purple wires need to connect on

one side of the prong, and the other two

colors on the other side of the prong.)

40. Push down the pedal 41. Flip the vehicle over, and tighten the

screws for the pedal box

42. Close the long plastic lid underneath the 43. Tighten the screws

vehicle

44. Connect the gearset wires 45. Connect the battery, and make sure all

the wires are well connected, and they

are all in the right location
