If battery is no good, you need to replace a battery. Click here for detail.

If the battery is good, you may have a bad rechargeable socket wire.

This might be caused by a malfunction on the rechargeable socket wire. This is how we design this car. When the car is in charging mode, which means you plug the charger adapter into the rechargeable socket located on the dashboard next to your steering wheel, the car is automatically deactivated the power from the battery. So, it prevents your kids from riding it while it is being charged. However, as soon as you unplug the charger adapter and turn on the on/off switch, the car should be activated and get power from the battery again. But, if your rechargeable socket wire malfunctions, the car is always deactivated from the battery, and only the radio works.  Then you need to have your rechargeable socket wire replaced, but it has to be based on you have a good and working battery, which is at least 12 volts or above.
